COPYWRITING TERMS

All content written by NE Media is unique and original.

No copying of our content will be allowed on other sites.

Content is delivered within a 30 day period at regular intervals

Approval is needed before content is uploaded

The ‘buyer’ and NE Media will ave a contract in place detailing the nature of the content before work is undertaken.

The ‘buyer’ agrees to pay fees before/after or during as agreed individually.

 

GRAPHICS/VIDEO TERMS

The buyer signs a contract before any work is undertaken outlining their needs and expectations.

All work is carried out by NE Media Solutions and relevant parties and is delivered upon the time scale agreed. Typical it is on a 30 day basis unless agreed otherwise.

The buyer understands that at times there are unforeseen circumstances with creative work which can cause delays. If the description is changed or altered through the month of services, it will create a delay in delivery.

The buyer agrees to pay the fees up front/after or during (as agreed) to NE Media Solutions.

NE Media Solutions only agrees to refund if there has been an error on our part.

OTHER TERMS

1.The Service

After the commencement date, the supplier shall, in consideration of the fees being paid, provide the services identified.

2. Payment

The buyer agrees to pay the appropriate fees and will pay for any additional services provided by the supplier i.e. more key phrases. All the payments will be made within 5 days of the date relevant to the invoice, and in sterling pounds. The buyer understands that the paid invoice will be sent to their chosen email address.

3. Agreement

The buyer accepts the terms of the agreement before any work begins. If the buyer is in a monthly contract, the contract can be cancelled immediately by emailing customerservice@nemediasolutions.co.uk.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations can be accepted via email at customerservice@nemsolutions.co.uk

5. Refunds

NE Media Solutions will only issue refunds to the buyer if there has been an error on our part.

6. Charges

Failure to make payments may result in additional charges.

7. Privacy Policy

The privacy policy applies between the buyer and NE Media Solutions Ltd

Data that may be collected to pursue service:

Name
Address
Telephone number and Email address
Job Title
Profession
Financial information e.g. credit/debit card details
IP Address

2. Data Proctention

All/any data collected will be retained for the duration of the contract. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties and all personal data is stored securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
