If we do not hear from you after 1 month a landing page will be created and your campaign will be commenced.
Campaigns paused for over 3 months will automatically resume into the previous agreement.
After the commencement date, the supplier shall, in consideration of the fees being paid, provide the services identified. The seller shall strive to ensure the continuation of the service at all time, however cannot be liable for the server problems/system failures or the content of the buyer’s website.
The buyer agrees to pay the appropriate fees and will pay for any additional services provided by the supplier i.e. more key phrases. All the payments will be made within 5 days of the date relevant to the invoice, and in sterling pounds. The buyer understands that the paid invoice will be sent to their chosen email address.
The agreement will automatically renew for one further calendar month from the agreement date. The agreement is a rolling agreement so by accepting the trial month the buyer authorises payments to be taken every month until the agreement is cancelled by the buyer.
Within the first month, the buyer can cancel their agreement by telephone with immediate effect. After the 30 day trial period a signed and dated letter has to be posted to head office. A notice period of 30 days is required to cancel the agreement.
